About Quinn Agnew

Quinn Agnew was formed in January 1993 by

Noel Quinn FSCS, FRICS, FIAVI and
Manus Agnew FSCS, FRICS, FIAVI, MCIArb Dip. Arb Law.

The practice covers purely commercial property dealing with agency, investment, rent reviews, general valuations, asset valuations and other property related work including Arbitration and Expert proceedings.

The practice reflects the Partners view of the importance of a highly qualified independent experienced firm which can provide personal contact between principal/professional and client.

Both Partners are included on the Expert and Arbitration Panels of The Society of Chartered Surveyors in the Republic of Ireland, and the Irish Auctioneers & Valuers Institute.  Both are also regularly appointed by agreement of the parties.

Since establishment Quinn Agnew have worked extensively for investment funds, banks, state bodies, private investors/landlords, tenants, owner/occupiers, development companies, solicitors and other professional advisors across the whole range of commercial activities.
